Oh how I love this song!! There are so many songs recently that I have found speak to me in different ways. I listen to lyrics way more than I used to. And if you come here very often you know that I frequently change the first song that plays when you open up my blog (the playlist is at the very bottom of the page if you didn't know it was there...). For right now, it's this song:

When I first read your post title, I was immediately reminded of THIS song (whose lyrical line "Warm my heart" I got wrong and thought it was "HOLD my heart"):
