Prayer request

Please pray for me this weekend...I do NOT have a very good feeling about my test on Sunday. It's not the material because I've had it all before, it's the teacher...I just don't know what to expect from this one. She doesn't lecture, she reads us the powerpoints...so I'm relying fully on the book readings to get me through this...but it's a LOT of reading...and I can't possibly remember it ALL.

I've done my duty and read it all (almost), please PLEASE let me have good recall on Sunday!!

Tomorrow for clinical I am in the ED (new abreviation for ER--apparently since the Emergency Room wasn't actually a ROOM they renamed it as the Emergency Department. Whatever.) and I am excited about it, but I know I will be anxious to get home and study more for my test.

I also found out today that I am NOT in Med-Surg for my preceptorship (halleluiah!), I will be in the ED instead!! I am nervous and excited at the same time! I'm going to get TONS of IV experience (I hope!)!!! AND as scary as it sounds I kind of hope I get the chance to participate in a code. I want the experience while I'm not the RN who's responsible for the whole situation...

I'm off to read the rest of the stuff for Sunday and then off to bed...have to be up at 4:25am tomorrow...
